Back in 2012, I was really getting into MIDI composing and wanted to take a stab at remaking a favorite tune from the 1987 NES game Castlevania II: Simon's Quest. In particular, I wanted to try remixing the tune, Bloody Tears, in a piano/electronic sound scheme I had been tinkering with and would use for several years. I managed to rebuild the original tune by ear with some help from my younger brother [Alias: Aaraboga Jones] to help debug the MIDI sequence. Here are the results of a handful of days of work. Despite being a novice composer/remixer, I'm still quite pleased with how this track turned out back then. Hope you enjoy this old project of mine. ^_^
